Steampunk 2.0

Steampunk is a subgenre of science fiction inspired by the technologies and fantasy of the 19th century, particularly steam-powered machinery. Typically, steampunk envisions an alternate development of humanity, mastering mechanics and steam technology, with a distinct overall stylization reminiscent of the Victorian era in England (the second half of the 19th century). Our journey into genre photography began with our first Steampunk session in January of the 21st year. This time, we collaborated as a team of three: Marina and Emily worked on the costumes and makeup, with Marina even taking some photographs. The costumes were designed by the talented Miller Miri.
